Obviously streets are preferred to bicycle/moped lanes. 1 (faster) speed.
It is more comfortable to ride on the road of course. But if there is a bicycle/moped lane next to the road you MUST ride on it. Continuing on the road is an offence.
Even if the bicycle/moped lane turns another way, you have to follow it, most of the times there is a 'forbidden for mopeds' sign when there occurs a bicycle/moped lane next to a road.
